How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to send out every parcel the same or next day. It is then passed onto Royal Mail for Tracked 48hr shipping. Delivery dates may vary depending on weekends and bank holidays.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We are a small UK brand that offers international shipping to a select few European countries including; Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

What is your return policy? 

We do not accept returns on items that have been opened ( if the product seal has been broken ). If you receive a faulty item we will send out a replacement. If you have been sent an incorrect order or item then we will send you the correct products.

Any orders marked as shipped can not be refunded or cancelled
